Booking:

  1. To secure your appointment, you must make a 100% deposit at the time of booking.

  2. You can complete your payment by using the provided QR code and following the instructions.

Cancellation:

  1. We understand that plans can change, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  2. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 8 hours before your scheduled appointment time during our business hours.

  3. If you cancel or reschedule less than 8 hours before your scheduled appointment time or outside of our business hours, you will forfeit your deposit.

  4. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 8 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

Exception:

  1. We recognize that emergencies or unforeseen circumstances may arise, preventing you from providing proper notice for cancellation.

  2. In such situations, we will make every effort to accommodate you and reschedule your appointment for a later time.

  3. Please contact us via phone or email as soon as possible in case of any changes to your appointment.
